Statistics Class Week 2: Lab Session

Dear students,

We will meet for class in Lab 5 (second floor) instead of Room 302.

You will learn how to present data using Excel and MINITAB softwares. You will watch Flash movies on how to make statistical graphs and calculations. Your first task will be to mimic the steps in the movies. Please refer to lab sheet for subsequent tasks.

Preparation:

• Read Mind Maps
• Read McClave's & Berenson's Slide
  
• Read chapter 1 and 2 of McClave's textbook
• Read lab sheet
  
• Bring flash disk to save your work.
